Мали пакет у међународном саобраћају
Мали пакет је писмоносна пошиљка у међународном поштанском саобраћају, која садржи робу и друге предмете, а за коју се издаје потврда о пријему и уручује се на адреси примаоца, у пошти или убацивањем у поштански сандучић примаоца.
Мали пакет може бити масе до 2кг и његове димензије морају одговарати димензијама прописаним за писмо.
Мали пакет се не може пратити у свим фазама преноса, нити постоји могућност рекламације или остваривање права на накнаду штете.
Пошиљке у међународном поштанском саобраћају пошиљалац предаје отворене како би поштански службеници у присуству пошиљаоца, обавили контролу садржине пошиљке, у смислу прописа којима се уређује царинска и девизна контрола поштанских пошиљака. Уколико писмоносна пошиљка садржи робу пошиљалац је у обавези да попуни прописан број примјерака обрасца „Царинска декларација“ (ЦН 23 или ЦН 22).
Попуњавање царинских декларација спада у искључиву одговорност пошиљаоца. Образац Царинска декларација служи за царинске потребе. Пошиљалац је дужан да исправно декларише садржај и вриједност садржаја пошиљке на Царинској декларацији и када се ради о пошиљкама без означене вриједности, као и без обзира да ли је садржај пошиљке поклон примаоцу или није.
The Customs declaration form has to be filled out in English, French or another language known in the country of destination and the value of the contents shall be declared in the currency of the country of destination or an internationally known currency.

When sending mail abroad it is necessary to be informed whether the articles that you are planning to send are prohibited in destination or transit country.
It is forbidden to send in postal items: explosive, easily flammable, radioactive or other dangerous substances, objects whose transfer threatens the health and life of humans and other postal items, narcotics and psychoactive substances, immoral contents, live animals, except animals whose transport is regulated by specific terms for the provision of postal services, and other goods and objects whose transport is prohibited by law and other regulations, as well as items whose import is prohibited in destination country.
Please note that it is prohibited to put money, any securities, checks, platinum, gold, silver, precious stones, jewelry or any other precious contents in postal items without declared value.
