Customer complaints

If you believe that your parcel was not delivered to the recipient or was delivered late, that your requested service was not performed in full or that your postal money order was not paid to the recipient, you can submit an official complaint to Pošta Srpska, i.e. start a search procedure, at the post office from which you sent the parcel , but also from any Post Srpska post office.

Postal items need a reasonable time to be delivered to the user, and it is possible to initiate a complaint procedure at the earliest 5 working days after the day of dispatch for items in domestic traffic and 10 days after the day of dispatch for items in international postal traffic.

If, as the recipient of the shipment, you believe that the shipment has been damaged or its contents have been reduced, file a complaint with the postal worker immediately upon delivery.
